Nathan Ambrosioni, the ultra young and talented French director, will be in San Francisco to present his movie Paper Flags at the SFFilm.

 

Ai Weiwei is expected to attend on April 14, 2019 for the screening of the documentary Ai Weiwei: Yours Truly.

The SFFilm Festival announced its whole program: 2 weeks dedicated to movies of all kinds. Here is a focus including the French films and some special events and screenings you should want to attend.

Orchestra Class - the French film by Rachid Hami whose title in French was ''La Mélodie'' - will be presented at the Clay Theatre on November 8, 2018. It is one of these movies that leave you delighted, inspired and smiling.

 

Between the Mill Valley Film Festival and the SF Dance Film Festival, it is going to be 2 weeks of celebration of cinema and art of dance. Check your calendars. You will have to make choices.

As usual, October rhymes with movies! The renowned Festival will open October 4 2018 for 10 days of cinema celebration. And as usual... here is a little slightly French oriented focus!

Watching TV is fine but going to the Mill Valley Film Festival is even better, whether you are an informed movie buff or not... then mark your agendas from October 4 to 14, 2018.

 

The latest film by French director Arnaud Desplechin features Charlotte Gainsbourg, Marion Cotillard and Mathieu Amalric.
