Most renowned dancers and choreographers have been expressing their talent in several productions of Nutcracker: among others, Nureyev, Baryshnikov, Béjart... The score by Tchaikovski is unforgettable and beautiful.

Helgi Tomasson, SF Ballet artistic director for more than 25 years, did choreograph the Nutcracker, which is quite a challenge considering the expectations of the public. You can't mess with a symbol! His production is set in 1915 San Francisco. It is a must see event for the Holiday season.

Discover or rediscover Clara and Fritz, Drosselmeyer and naturally, the Nutcracker himself, who ultimately will turn into a Prince. Dream or even meditate listening to the Trepak, the Waltz of the flowers or the cult(issim) March. It will allow you to go over your childhood memories and at the same time, you will help your children build their owns.
