CHINESE NEW YEAR IN SAN FRANCISCO
Chinese New Year day was February 19. Beforehand, many things happened, since then too, and there are plenty of them to come. Check our Chinese New Year celebrations calendar. Goat, Sheep, Ram... not really the same but all of them celebrated though.
THE BAY BRIDGE LIGHTS
The Bay Bridge is going to turn its lights off. Extinction is scheduled for dawn, March 6, 2015. It is going to be awkward but we are going to be patient until beginning of 2016.
IMMIGRATION,
A PERSONAL JOURNEY
Most of us experienced it to live here in San Francisco. It is at the same time overwhelming and exciting. The psychologist Isabelle DeArmond depicts the different aspects of this personal journey that is immigration.
LA CLEOPATRA
PRESENTED BY ARS MINERVA
Céline Ricci, San Francisco based opera singer, shares her passion for music. She is telling us about herself, her carreer, the core music team of Ars Minerva and La Cleopatra, the opera that will be presented on March 14 and 15, 2015.
BOMBINO
IN SAN FRANCISCO AND OAKLAND
Bombino. He will perform at the Independent in May. We already saw him some months ago. Most probably one of the most overwhelming concert we ever attended. Bombino at the Independent and the New Parish. Trust us, it will be sold out!
