If your kids are ready to spend a short week away from home, then overnight camps are a great option. It is rather expensive (about $1000and rather beyond without the transportation to the camp location) compared with most of day camps. But it is a great opportunity to live an unforgettable experience.

Two Rivers Camp

Located in Tahoe, near Reno. Soccer camp considered as a reference. 

Here is a list of our favorite Day Camps, most of them in San Francisco. Museums (Exploratorium, Randall Museum…) and schools offer day camps as well.

 

Jewish Community Center San Francisco

Sport and activity camp for all ages. Day or half-day camp. Open to non-members of the JCC as well. Winter, Spring et Summer camps.

Yerba Buena Skating and Bowling

Very nice place to have fun altogether. There are paying parking lots around the location, though public transportation is always a good option to go downtown.

They also offer birthday party programs.
