California Academy of Sciences
A must-visit!! The whole building is self sufficient regarding its energy supplying.
The place reminds us a bit of the Museum of Natural History in NY for some things like the corridor leading to the penguins.
The tropical forest seems to have built its inspiration on the Biodome in Montreal.
A beautiful place and a lot of initiatives to renew the program all year long.
Open everyday 9:30AM - 5:00PM except on Sunday (from 11:00AM).

4 sundays a year, the admission to the Academy is free! It is a bright idea to arrive early. It is on a first come, first served basis.

The museum is targeting young kids.
