Friday Nights at the de Young Museum

Next season Spring 2014

The de Young Museum opens each Friday until 8:45pm offering a variety of interdisciplinary arts programs, including live music, poetry, films, dance, tours, talks... An “after-hours art happening” as explained on the website! Programs take place in the free zone of the museum.

It is really a nice place to go with your kids on Friday: as they enrolled in free art-making activities, you can have a drink with your friends and listen to music or watch a dance performance.

Friday November 29 is the last Friday night for this season.

While parents visit one of the two main exhibitions currently on view at the de Young Museum, David Hockney or Bulgari, kids will enjoy a movie with their favorite nanny Mary Poppins ! (showtime at 6pm Koret Auditorium).
