French have a knack and a great expertise for animated movies. Discover a brilliant selection in Mountain View on December 4 & 5, 2015 thanks to the first edition of Le Festival of French Animated Film in Silicon Valley.

2 days to watch two gems which are Ernest & Célestine on the one hand, A Cat in Paris (Une Vie de Chat) on the other hand.

And then, on Saturday, get to know new faces in French animation with the screening of 9 short movies, best of the Annecy Festival, which is a reference in this matter.

And still on Staurday, you will have a chance to watch Mr Hublot, that won the Oscar as best short animated movie back in 2014.

Le Festivalis is presented by the Alliance Française Silicon Valley and the UFE, owes its selection to Sam Vansteen. Mickaël Coëdel (lead animator at ILM - Industrial Light and Magic) and Max Bouchard (President of the Alliance Française SiliconValley) will attend both days and answer the audience's questions with Gregory Galin leading the discussion.
