Once upon a time (actually, Sunday, Sept. 9), Ocean Beach, OB one and only! The wind, the ghost boat, the rocks, puzzled birds, crazy guys with their kites, reckless kids bodyboarding and a "sand floor" with dozens of silent dancers listening to their yellow headphones.
