Downtown SF daylong family block party!

Sunday, September 23. 11:00am - 4:00pm.

Free admission to four museums, lively stages and plenty of kids activities and workshops. Busy funny day!

4 museums open their doors to families (the SFMoma, the Contemporary Jewish Museum, the MoAD and the Children's Creativity Museum) and offer beside their current exhibitions, workshops, activities, readings... while the Yerba Buena Gardens will open their outdoor stage to live concerts.

Among all the activities, you should love... the Carousel near the Chidren's Creativity Museum, there, to explore the possibilities of stop-motion movie making in the Animation Studio (like Wallace and Gromit), at the MoAD, to create your own abstract chalk masterpiece, to listen to

Michael Katz at the Contemporary Jewish Musem, to have fun with the photoboof at the SFMoma and finally, to get some some rest at the Yerba Buena Gardens with a very Latin Jazz outdoor concert.

A beautiful day in your family agenda. No worries about getting kids to bed that evening!
